Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless the cancellation request is made prior to service usage.

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

1. Services were terminated due to abuse or violation of our terms.

2. Incorrect information was provided at purchase, resulting in limitations (e.g., geographic region mismatches) that prevent proper service usage.

3.All subsciption based purchases are eligible for refund. 

till 32 hours and all digital products are non-eligible for refunds.
